National Service Scheme(NSS)
The College runs two units of NSS. Any student from 1 st or 2 nd year can join NSS by applying to the NSS co-ordinators. The students can take part in the N.S.S. activities offered by the college, such as Aids Awareness Programs, Afforestation Drive, Cleanliness Program, Environmental awareness program, Gender sensitization, Literacy drive, Blood donation etc. in neighboring villages. The NSS squads work under the guidance of Dr. Suvendu Roy and Prof. Himika Mukherjee (NSS Programme Officers).
